New for next year:

As mentioned in the 2026 vendor meeting, starting in January 2027, food vendors will be required to be inspected by the Seymour Fire Department and have a $25 permit on file with a visible sticker. They will need to stop by Seymour Fire Department Station #2 located at 1019 W. Second Street for that inspection. It is good for one calendar year. This is NOT just for Seymour Oktoberfest but is good for the other Seymour events as well.
